Missed appointments and Cancellations
Missed appointments and cancellations are inevitable, however, The Nurse Clinic strives to provide excellent care to you and to all of our patients. We want to continue to be able to offer and conduct appointments for all patients quickly and efficiently, and in a way that maximises potential for recovery. Missed or cancelled appointments impact on the quality of care we can provide.
We have a cancellation policy in place that allows us to audit and streamline this as much as possible. We do understand that often appointments are cancelled or missed for genuine reasons, however we do adhere strictly to our Terms and Conditions to enable us to continue to provide high quality care, accessible care.

Cancellations
More than 24 hours notice
Deposits are refunded if more than 24 hours’ notice is given to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Less than 24 hours notice
Cancellations less than 24 hours notice will result in loss of the deposit.
Missed Appointments
If you repeatedly fail to attend appointments the Clinic reserves the right to refuse you further appointments.
We are often full with a waiting list for other patients who could utilise the appointment if given sufficient notice, therefore by implementing these terms and conditions allows us to protect valuable clinical appointment times from being wasted.
