Cancellations, Deposits and Failure to Attend Appointments

A 50% deposit is required to secure the appointment. This is also practice policy when an appointment is made via telephone.


More than 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel appointments without incurring a charge, in this instance the deposit will be refunded. If cancelling online, please let us know as refunds are not automatic.


Cancellations occurring less than 24 hours before an appointment will result in the loss of the deposit.

If you repeatedly fail to attend appointments the Clinic reserves the right to refuse you further appointments.


We are often full with a waiting list for other patients who could utilise the appointment if given sufficient notice, therefore by implementing these terms and conditions allows us to protect valuable clinical appointment times from being wasted.


*Any decisions regarding refunds outside these Terms and Conditions are made at the discretion of the Owner of The Nurse Clinic. These decisions are made only due to extenuating circumstances. Extenuating circumstances are defined as serious medical emergencies or death of family members*
