After Care Advice

The Nurse Clinic strongly believe that everyone who to comes to meet us, and stays to have a treatment, is a client for life.

We offer a bespoke, comprehensive and fully inclusive aftercare programme for all of our clients.

After the completion of your treatment you will still have full access to our clinicians for advice free of charge for up to 4 weeks.

Our care and commitment to your wellbeing starts the moment you step into our clinic, and doesn’t stop just because you leave it.

  • INFECTION
Micro suction will remove the fungal debris, however it will not remove the infection.
If you experience pain, soreness, redness or heat please contact one of the contact numbers below
  • KEEP EARS DRY
Please try to keep ear canals dry for the initial few days after the procedure.
This will reduce the risk of infection
  • SETTLING DOWN TIME
After ears have been impacted with wax or debris for a period of time it takes a week or so for things to settle down.
It can be normal to feel “blocked”.
If this feeling continues beyond a week or so it may be worth starting steam inhalation to clear the eustachian tube.
Details of Eustachian Tube Dysfunction can be found at https://patient.info/ears-nose-throat-mouth/earache-ear-pain/eustachian-tube-dysfunction
  • ROUTINE EAR CARE
The ear has self-cleaning properties. Wax is normal and has protective qualities.
Do NOT use cotton buds. Use of a small amount of Olive oil or Earol once or twice a month lubricates the ear canal.
